i feel that way every day of my life. that is why i'm heavily medicated. then i think of people out there who have it worse and feel guilty for feeling sorry for myself. i guess that keeps me in check.

What's troubling you so much so that you seem you're in great distress?
Thanks for this!

Do you have a good therapist? I have recently started w a new therapist and he is not as accepting of my not having a purpose or goal to work towards. I do have a lot a times that I don't want help and that I just want to give up. He isn't accepting that. He is my main support, and contact as I have totally isolated.

Sinking everyone is helpable if they are willing to receive help. It is those who totally reject it that are the ones who gave up and refuse the help, which is a very small fraction of people. tc
Thanks for this!
