I know that I sometimes talk too much, I share things that I shouldn't have. Does anyone else have this problem? Has anyone else been able to conquer this problem?

Hello annoyedgrunt84: I don't really have this problem at the present time. I'm pretty-much a closed book, so to speak. But back when I was on antidepressants (I'm no longer taking them) it seems like they made it possible for me to talk about all sorts of stuff that I would normally have kept to myself. In retrospect, I wish I had kept my mouth shut. I just ended up feeling exposed & foolish...

I relate to this. I would say more information that the required. I haven't conquered it, but I spend most of my time isolated, so I don't worry about it most of the time, even though it bothers me when it happens.

I have shared too much...sometimes,now more closed but can get too chatty...I think it's more whn I'm anxious/nervous..trying to be part of group..
