not sure how to put it, but my therapist and I have tensions between us. the last session was weird... he sat a bit closer then usual, smiled more... kind of refused to look at me in the eyes the whole of time. then towards the end of the session he was sort of dissapointed that i cant be booked at the end of the session, uh. Awkward much. the strangest part was when i was walking out, he just stared me in the eyes, Like he was looking in my soul or something.... I just stared back like, uhhhh... ok?

should i bring it up? how?

Bring it up directly to him. If he does not like it, find a new therapist.
