My doctor offered to give me a prescription/license to procure marijuana. I have thus far declined. I'm embarrassed but I have no clue how to use it. Getting it wouldn't be too hard though as there are legal dispensories for those who have prescriptions.

My cocktail of medications includes Lithium and other mood stabilizers. Does this help?

I've heard that Marijuana is bad for those with bipolar as it aggravates the symptoms, and causes a sense of general paranoia.
