I was called crazy by the VP of my job and paranoid by my supervisor, this really hurt my feelings. I do question things that I don't think is right but does that make you paranoid or crazy?

There's no way to tell without specifics. I mean, if you think they're wire tapping your home phone, that would be crazy and paranoid.

They are using name calling to control you. This is common in the work place. They want to make easy money everyday, by ignoring the issues you are bringing up. Favoritism also is at play here.
