I am facing some major life changes and am finding myself really stressed out and incredibly anxious. I take medication to help me sleep, but right now I'm still waking up throughout the night.

I'm wondering what others do to combat stress and anxiety. What tools do you use to help keep it in check?

Dancing to music works out the stress, it distracts the mind from focusing on negative thoughts. Also i try breathing, drinking water, and stretching. A long shower or bath also helps destress as well as incense and vapors. tc
