What is actually considered a "high dose" of Abilify? Is 20 mgs a high dose??

I was prescribed 10mg. I think 20mg is pretty high.

Hi. I was prescribed 5mg of Abilifi along with my 90mg of Cymbalta daily. So 20mg does seem a bit high.

It's all relative to the rest of your cocktail - and what your needs require. Comparing your own dosages to others is perhaps not the greatest of ideas as it leads us to think there is something wrong with us or wrong with the prescriber. Other mood stabilizers may not perform the way your psychiatrist wishes, etc. Your own cocktail is unique to you.

I think justafriend has a very good point. Looking around online, I see that Abilify comes in doses as high as 30mg. So maybe 20mg is a good dose for you.
