Been taking Remeron for 4 months now. At the start, I could see the drastic change in how I felt. I have depression and I couldn't go a day without crying before beginning medication. Things were much better since then, but I still feel so much pain and sadness sometimes (there are triggers). When I do, I doubt my meds are working. Should I change them? They also make me feel jittery and hard to calm down.

Hello, notverywell, and welcome to Psych Central! I definitely think you should ask your doctor about changing it. I would think it should be working better. Also, are you also receiving therapy? I do that, too, to help me with depression. Keep us informed and again welcome!
