My T plays relaxing music all the time I love it! Wonder if it it's okay if I can suggest something different at times. Maybe aroma therapy candles lol

No, but there was pleasant background music the office played. Relaxing...kind of Zen or music played at a health spa. I enjoyed it.

Yes, she does. Her office is also big enough to contain several chairs and chaise to choose from. On her desk are objects (like stones) for purposes of soothing anxiety and worry.

Not in the office, but in the waiting area there's some kind of relaxation music going on. Much better than the white noise machines they used to have.

Oh, I forgot to mention my psychiatrist's clock. Out in the waiting room is a big old clock - with a very distinct and audible tick-tock. I find the rythmic sound to be very soothing.

I used to see a t who played ocean sounds during the session. I love the ocean, but I found the sound very distracting and kind of silly.
