Hello everyone, I'm Maddie, and 46 years old, in 9 weeks I will graduate with my Bachelor's in Psychology, and I'm going for my PhD in child psychology. I was a pediatric nurse for 15 years, and kids are so awesome, they don't stigmatize or discriminate, nor do they infuriate me as adults can! My bipolar wasn't diagnosed until age 35, even after seeking help numerous times. I went into a psychotic state at work one day,

Re the anger part. I find I easily get irritated and will get angry at things that would otherwise roll off my back. This tends to actually happen more frequently when I am doing relatively well. It doesn't happen at all when manic as I am generally pretty happy.
