Hello. I've been getting these really weird dreams but I know I'm dreaming and I can't wake up. At first, I thought it was sleep paralysis, since I'd be awake, not be able to move, and I'd simply wait to wake up. But now it's getting worse cause I know I'm in bed, sleeping, I am conscious of dreaming and I still can't wake up. but dreams changed today, I was in my bed and suddenly I'm not.. I forgot exactly what was happening but I felt really terrified. so I woke up. One thing I have to mention is that it only happens when I take naps during the day. I don't know what's happening to me or if this thing even has a name but I'm kindly asking for your help. thank you.

Try not taking day time napes. They can be freaky, because it not your normal sleeping hours.
