Never thought of it as self harm but suddenly questioning about few things i did sometimes.

Does punching something hard (like wall etc) till you bleed or feeling satisfied count as self harm?

Does eating some unhealthy food on purpose (like whatever, you dont care anymore if you gonna die soon) count too? Note: i used to eat healthy foods but now i dont because i dont care anymore.

Does taking medicine to calm down and sleep although you're not sick phsycally count too?

My pdoc considers my drinking a form of self harm so I would agree that these behaviours would certainly qualify. Are you doing these things to yourself?

Anger is associated with depression. What you have is depression. That can cause self harm.
