Hello hello hello, everybody.
Does anyone know what could be the cause of a relatively sudden and severe decrease of concern/interest/empathy for others...? I do have depression but I've never felt anything like this before.
It's getting a little concerning how much I just do not care sometimes, and I feel like I could ruin a whooole multitude of relationships really soon.
But then maybe I would feel something again, haha.
Thanks y'all.

Hi I'm thinking that there somethings happening all at once way too fast. You mentioned friends so is there problems there? I think you should see a talk therapist and to rule out anything physical see your PCP. If they offer you antidepressant medication decline and see first if the talk therapist helps. I know it is no fun to feel this way sorry.

Thank you for the advice, but what does PCP mean? I Googled it but all the results were about Angel Dust, which is probably not what you were going for, haha.

Oh, thanks. I'm very unfamiliar with psych-related abbreviations. :/

Would you describe this as being irritable or easily aggrivated? I tend to walk over people or reactively push them away and hurt them when I am going through this. In my experience this occurs as I transition into hypo/mania
