Usually about once a week I will get a weird thought that I don't know what it says and it makes me feel overwhelmed and fake. It's hard to explain it, but it stresses me out! Also, often for the past five years or so I get unwanted thoughts in my head about harming others which makes me feel sad because I like the people. And I don't plan on acting on it, I'm just scared that I might! What could it be?

Overwhelmed and fake probably indicates that you are very stressed. I feel that way sometimes. About harming others, that's perfectly fine. We all feel that way sometimes, especially when we're hurt ourselves or feel angry about something unfair. The important thing is not to act on them and exert self-control. These are temporary and will go away quickly. Listen to music or do something that will distract and soothe you.
