The things I feel (depression, anxiety, fear) are emotions everyone fears only I get them more frequently and strongly. Sometimes the emotions don't pass for a very long time. When you (normal person) has a difficult time people accept that as normal. When I have a difficult time I am blown off as just being overly emotional. My emotions seem to be discounted as false and devalued.

Situations we are living 8n can cause serious MH issues that meds cant fix & the only way out is to get out of the situation....more help to understand what the person is experiencing & help getting out of situations may be the best help that can be given.
