What is your favorite misophonia trigger? My wife breaths funny. It's like she can't just breath in and out but has to hold her breath for a second so that there is this exhale sound similar to a sigh. It's more apparent when she's eating, which she is doing at this minute. I have to put on the headphones often to block it.

Then there's talking with the mouth open.
