I'm an extroverted girl, but I'm easily worn out in social situations when there's a lot more girls in it. Especially those loud high pitched ones.

What should I do to stop being irritated by these social interactions? 24/7 Loud girls annoys me to the point I'd be in a real bad mood because of it. I had several traumas of girls being drama queen and all in the past (one of them is my sister self harming herself because of such simple things like she wasn't feeling pretty that day), is that one of the causes?

I usually just back away, get silent and be distant when things get too annoying for me. But at the same time I crave doing things with my friends. Is that normal? What would you do in my position?

I feel the same way as you around loud and fake people. And as you said some girls can be a lot drama queen and are always looking for a way to put others down so they can feel better. I tend to watch for people's personalities and stay away from the troubled ones. I think you need to center yourself and learn through yoga or other relaxation techniques to not take these types of energy.
I know it's not easy but you will be ok.

Yes this is normal for more mature people like you.
