I need some advice and don't know where to get it.

I rented out a room in my home to a gentleman on March 1. He had good credit, a job, and references from his previous landlord.

He's a really nice guy, very well-spoken, polite and the ideal roommate.

So here's my problem. He's only been here for 9 days and was working the first 6. He was absolutely normal. However, during the last 3 days, he hasn't been going to work and I have some concerns.

I've noticed he talks to himself, gets into angry phone conversations with yelling and cursing late into the night. At least I think he's talking on the phone.

Today I heard a crash in his room, then cursing and yelling. But I chatted with him shortly after, and he explained that he just fell.

My other roommate mentioned tonight that he's worried about the new guy.

I'm wondering might be wrong with the new guy, and how to talk to him about it. He seems very normal to everyone and is always pleasant and polite.

I have a hunch he might be taking to himself in his room. There may be a possability of mental illness with him.
