These days my head is full of emotions that i have trouble letting out as i try not to show pain in front of peers of siblings so i have built a shield and now its to full and my shield is breaking and im out-bursting more frequently

It seems like you have problem coping with them. Do you see a doctor?

yes lately for recent behaviours and outburst but ive seen doctors for several years for other issues
