Anxiety, Depression, stress are the common things which we see in today's world. Many people lose everything with their different problem., So as goals too. Goals are the way to move ahead if psychic problems are hurdles. Some problems that we see in day to day life is:
1. Stuck in One problem and not be able to recover.
2. Goals are not easy, and we think big.
3. Unplanned things

These are the common things, but to overcome these problems our technology somehow helping us and motivating us through which we can easily gather our strength and move ahead in an optimistic manner. Our smartphones having different apps, and goal setting app among them corporate with our situations and give you the best way. These apps set your goals, estimate your plan, track your time and habits and then provide you the perfect figure.
