Hi, I'm new here and I have a lot of questions but first I'll start by what brought me here.
It's 3 am right now and as I was about to wash my face I started to think about certain things and when I looked at my face in the mirror I freaked out. I started sobbing and my heart started racing so fast I could feel it coming out of my chest. I started shaking and I just dropped to the floor on the corner of my restroom. I want to know why that happended it's the first time it has happened. |

First of all welcome.
There are a number of things that could cause what happened but the best thing to do is to see an MD, or if you are already in some type of therapeutic relationship, reach out to your therapist. In the meantime, keep posting, while we can't diagnose, we can certainly provide support. Best of luck!

What thoughts came? And what was it about your face that made you freak out?
