Ive finally found myself in a stable enough place in my life where I can seek help but I am having trouble finding out exactly what I have.I have these moments and it happens almost every day where I will walk in a direction, or walk towards a door, or find myself getting up and going somewhere and not realize I'm doing it until maybe 3-10 seconds in.I have done it a few times in the middle of a conversation before... never in public. I thought it might be a depersonalzation disorder but usually people with that are stay aware of what they are doing.Maybe an anxiety disorder??? If anyone can give me any idea of what this might be or if this is a really bad sign please let me know! All the help I can get is appreciated.

I'm sorry I don't have an answer to this for you. I think it's probably something you'll need to investigate with the help of the medical & mental health professionals in your life. My personal, non-professional opinion is that what you are experiencing is likely due to anxiety. But, really, that's just an uneducated guess. Good luck with finding out what's going on though.
