I don't know what I got mysef into. I saw 5 kids who remembered their past life. I'm panicking. I don't remember any past life all I remember is me as a child growing up. And the whole thing is making me flip out. I keep thinking what if I'm fake and what if the past life caused me my problems.

Is it religion?
Is it real?

If so I don't remember anything from my past life and I am just creeped out.

Hi Caleb. There is no definitive proof that there is a past life. Many people believe in it, but that doesn't really prove anything.

However, I read some of your other posts. You mentioned wanting self harm and wanting a diagnosis of mental illness.

No one here on the forum can diagnose you, or really tell you why you feel the need to self harm. All we can do is share our own experiences.

I strongly urge you to seek help with a professional therapist or psychiatrist.

Hi Caleb -- I highly doubt that these five people truly remember a past life. IF there are past lives, we are not meant to relive them or remember them. Some people undergo hypnosis and past life regression to learn more about their souls and the life lessons they are meant to be learning now. However, we are meant to live this life here and now. My best advice to to stay grounded in this lifetime and not worry so much about past lives. If problems have been created by a past life, the true objective is to try to work on those problems and correct them in the here and now. ((((Hugs)))))

I have mixed feelings on this subject. I have experienced some unexplainable things myself. But supposing such a thing does exist, my recommendation is to concentrate on the here and now. what lessons can you learn that would be helpful going forward? Trying to find reason for your present situation will only reinforce the negative. Celebrate instead the gains you have/can/will experience in the today?
Thanks for this!
