What is the description for a women in her 20's that feels she is approached by a spy and act accordingly. E.G send messages to the "spy", hang red shirt as sign for him etc.. Could it Be Personality Disorder or Schizophrenia?

Hello yuvalyar: This appears to be your first post here on PC. So... welcome to Psych Central.

We here on PC cannot offer mental health diagnoses. Plus I'm not a mental health professional. So I can't suggest what may be going on with the person you describe. However based on what you wrote, whatever her diagnosis might be, it sounds as though she may be struggling with delusions.
