I have this coworker who is kind of passive aggressive towards me. She says we’re friends, but I know she’s totally fake, not sincere and she has admitted to talking about me behind my back.
I made the mistake of telling her I had a Facebook. So I felt I had to add her so she wouldn’t get upset at me. She said to me the other day “did you see that live Facebook I made where I mentioned you?” I am scared to watch it. I feel like I can’t stick up for myself. I’m worried it will cause waves and it will make work a living hell. I posted some pictures of when I was really heavy and then some other pictures of when I got skinny. I’m pretty sure she’s going to show those pictures to some of my other coworkers. What should I do? I just let her walk all over me and take advantage of me. I want to delete her but I don’t know what she would say. A couple of my coworkers were talking in the break room about physically attacking people they knew in school. So some of my coworkers are not in the best mental state. And I don’t think this girl is either. Does anyone have any suggestions? |

Don't let anyone break your trust. First of all check the post she did on Facebook, it may be all good. If not, let her know you didn't appreciate it and let her know it is unacceptable. It's good to have friends but not if they are making fun of you. Look after you.
