If you have tried Neurofeedback therapy, can you tell me does it work long-term, or does it wear off?
Does it work at all or is it just a feel-good therapy? Is it easy? Would you do it again? Thank you for your input. |

i should probably google 'neuro therapy feedback' or something, maybe there are several kinds, like EMDT or biofeedback, or my favorite, the Binuaral Beats , which are an auditory form of neural therapy.
i can tell you that the Binaural Beats DO work, but they are not fast, and must be used regularly and continuously to do the best job. i listened to a formalized therapeutic set of progressive sound tracks for 2 to 4 hrs a day for 7 yrs, and was put "in remission" on 6 diagnoses, including OCD, Phobias, Anxiety and Bipolar Disorder. if you seriously want to improve, it takes work. most of that, i found, is not well supported in the professional community. they don't understand how it works, and can't take credit for 'doing it'. so you have to do most of the work of finding what helps you (a slow process), AND persist in actually using that therapy. best wishes~
