Someone told me this like it is something everyone knows. I am B positive by the way. I think they might be wrong but who knows?

Hmmm. I don't think so. I've had 2 children and never heard anything about Rh negative being connected to a likelihood of mental illness. I have a cousin who is Rh neg and she doesn't have any mental illness. Of course, that's just one person, but...
