Health care does not mean that only medicine and treatment, treatment is much more related to our body and mind, for example if a drug which works in our body to cure certain diseases not only does its metabolic action but the cure definitely depends on the trust which we have on that drug..so the trust is nothing but our mind which we are making up.we have to make our mind stress free the diseases are which is related to our mind and body, if we are in deep stress the body's free radical will be more and make more complexity in our body and leads to dreadful diseases. last week i visted a health care website in barcelona about integrative medicine which is quiet good. doctor says that treatment can be done that influence health and well-being, including the body, mind, spirit.
