I am trying to access this ketamine infusion. I know they are not cheap, but I thought I would try and plead my case. I live here in Las Vegas. Does anybody know of any place like in Los Angeles that does this? I searched on the internet and found this 1 guy,Dr.Steven Mandel who does it. In Los Angeles. Don't have the money though. Thank You

Hi dossman71. Welcome to Psych Central. Sorry you can not find reasonbably priced ketamine treatment. Many insurance plans do not cover so it seems to be often private pay.

I know nothing about any of these places but I would ask your doctor if they thought ketamine treatment might help you.

Here are sites that may be worth exploring to see if they are legit and reasonable https://tinyurl.com/y8yob3os

I was involved in a study where ketamine was used in conjunction with ECT. It made for a rougher wake up and recovery after each treatment but I have had little depression since (2015).

I read this earlier today and I'm hopeful about the use of ketamine. I hope it becomes an effective and accepted treatment soon so people can have access to it without traveling or paying a fortune.
Thanks for this!
