I have had possible depression for about a year now, but only some of my friends and my school counsellor know about this. I'm planning on telling my parents about it, but I'm not sure when to.
We will be leaving to go to Japan on the morning of the 4th, so I'm probably not going to do it today or tomorrow. We will be staying in Japan for 3 weeks, so should I tell them while we're there and get help as soon as possible, or wait until we get back home and go to my usual doctor?

If you are not in immediate danger may as well wait til after your trip. It's already been awhile.

It is important that you get help, but we can't really tell you what to do. Can you keep checking PC while away? Let us know how you are doing!
Thanks for this!
