Thinking on some days that I should go see someone. It other days not at all. Been once or twice, and it was always a fail, abandoned ship. I feel they disregarded what I thought the problem was, pigeonholed a diagnosis based on a questionare that didn’t include all the symptoms I wanted to deal with. Or just couldntbeven engage , be honest... meds failed except possibly Zoloft , but side effects scared me off... sometimes it’s horrible, sometimes not, always second guessing h if I’m exaggerating, because I can seem to sort of fake it, but fail in other places

I'd still try to look for one. It can take time to find the right fit. But once you "click" with somebody, it should get easier.

Just keep looking. Try some sessions with each one and see if it's a good fit. Otherwise, move to the next one.
