Hi
I was going through some psychological issues, my work negatively affects me. the nonstop remaining task at hand influenced my psychological health.how would I will be able to recover from it.i simply trust somebody here will give me some great recommendations.

You could try meditation or yoga. It helps calming your mind. Even getting a dog or a cat as an emotional support could be really useful.
