Hello, and welcome to PC

Are you seeing a mental health professional?

Hello paperface: I'm sorry I can't tell you what it is you are experiencing. Yes, it's possible it's a mental health issue. However, in order to find out, you'd need to see a mental health professional. We here on PC can't offer mental health diagnoses. I see this is your first post here on PC though. So... welcome to Psych Central. I hope you find PC to be of benefit.

Do you think the noise could be where you live? Feeling like it is controlling your body parts sounds more MI, but some people are able to hear noises that other people cannot hear and it's not necessarily MI. Google the Taos Hum or the Windsor Hum.
