Hi all!
My sister was diagnosed with SAD and I want to know what are some ways I can help her , without making her feel that i am " trying too hard" or "treating her differently". Our family is very supportive, and wants to help her in any way we can. We discovered that she feels "rejected" by us , without her telling us, what are some ways to help feel unrejected or even get her to open up ? thanks so much! |

I am unclear what you are asking. Are you saying you want to help her but she rejects you or doesnt seem to want help? Or do you want to help her but do not know how?
