Lately I’ve been kinda spacey. I’ve just had these staring spells. Today I had one and then the room went dark for a couple seconds. I’ve been tired for a really long time and I’m being evaluated for several sleep disorders. There’s just not much I can do about it right now. I’m just kinda worried that this spacey ness and this blacking out is something serious. Or if it’s just sleep related. I’ve bee very tired all day.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Is it possible I had a seizure and that’s why I blacked out?

I’ve dissociated before and the stuff I’ve been dealing with is related to exhaustion. I can feel the difference.

Why are you so tired? How well do you usually sleep? Looks like you just fell asleep for the moment.

I’m not sure why I’m so tired. I know some people think I have narcolepsy or idiopathic hyposomnia. I usually sleep quite a bit and take naps during the day. Sometimes I wake up early in the morning. I just got put on an antidepressant which has been great for my depression but has done nothing to help my sleep issues.

I called my doctor and was able to move my appointment up to next Wednesday. It was originally for June.

That's great. I was going to suggest you talk to your doctor.

It could be also because of chronic anemia. Take care~
