Having a funky day where I just feel really low. Can't even get motivated to get dressed today. I bought some CBD gummies last night and never tried them before. Has anyone tried them? Did they help or make things worse? Were there any side effects? Thanks and I hope everyone is doing better than me today.

Thank you so much for that!! Oh wow I needed this today. I am trying your suggestions and am currently watching a comedy. And I'm actually laughing so hard!!! Sometimes I just get so down and not sure what brings it on. I think maybe when I start thinking of all the things that need to be done I just get overwhelmed and then give up. Or I think about the future like where will I be in 5 years and then get depressed. But thank you for helping me get out of it. Next on my to do list today: playing my music really loud!!
