Hi, I haven’t been able to find anything relating to this anywhere else. At random points I suddenly feel as if everyone and everything including myself is sort of in a fast forward like speed. Suddenly I feel as if I’m moving so quickly and talking so quickly and I notice everything else seems to be moving at the same pace. I can’t really describe it but it almost seems sort of like I’m in a dream state when it’s happening and I’m just hoping someone knows something relating to it or has also experienced this

Dear Cherry1802,

What you describe is something that happened to me before. In my case, I was able to trace it to my consumption of diet soda which had caffeine and the stimulant phenylalanine. Because when I stopped drinking diet soda, that feeling stopped. But since I am not a doctor or medical professional, I really have no idea what might be causing what you describe as happening. So sorry I could not be helpful to you in this. Hopefully others here will have helpful insights.

Sincerely yours, Yao Wen
Thanks for this!
