My metabolism got a bit wonky from a few years of yo yo dieting and losing the same 30 pounds a few times. I’m wondering if I maintain my weight (for medical reasons) for a few months if that will fix it and I’ll eventually start losing again.

Probably a question for a DO/MD. But maintaining a consistent weight even if you’re a little on the heavy side is better than yo-yoing, at least that’s what I’ve heard. I have been having a little trouble since COVID hit and I haven’t been able to go to the gym. Plus depression has been making keeping up with what diet and exercise I have been doing.
