I heard that in expressive therapy, the therapist encourages you to use these arts to communicate emotions and life events. The therapist works with you to interpret the meaning of your art and the feelings that surround it and also other disorders treated with expressive therapy.
So my question is it is exactly cure the problem many people facing this days?

i'll admit i have never heard of this, i thought there was somethign similar called "art therapy" instead but i may be wrong. i think your best bet may be to ask your current therapist to give you information and maybe try this kind of therapy if you have one if he's qualified to do that or alternatively if you don't have one perhaps contact a therapist whom may be specialized in this if you want to try it. Sending many Safe, warm hugs to BOTH you, @ayur88807, your Family, your Friends and ALL of your Loved Ones! Keep fighting and keep rocking NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS, OK?!

many countries call it by many different names. here in the USA all therapy approaches incorporate expressing yourself through what ever ways you feel you can express yourself including different creative ways.....

examples -

journaling.
poetry
drawing/ sketching
painting
sculpting
making collages
Dancing/ mime work
sand tray work
role playing
Abstract arts and crafts
music
Collecting objects

gosh there is so many different ways a person can express how they are feeling, work out their problems using different forms of art. I have done and do all of the above.

if you read m any posts here on these forums you will see that many people here express their self in many different ways as part of their therapy process.

how do I decide which one to do, I know what works for me. sometimes thats going into my "studio" (a room in our house set up for all kinds of activities like painting and such) then just do what feels right. sometimes I share my creation with my treatment providers sometimes I dont, what matters is that what I have done was used whats in that room to create something that shows how I feel / felt at that moment.
