I’m wondering if there’s a mental health online chat thing where I can talk to someone. But I’ve heard these places track your location and will often call the cops to your house. I just really need someone to talk to but it’s not an IP hospital type like emergency.

You know MSF has an online chat, right? You can log into chat from the menu bar at the top, and there are rooms for just chit chatting and for support.
