Default Can low vitamin d actually cause issues?

I was diagnosed with low vitamin D a few months ago. But I havenít taken my vitamins because I just forgot. Yesterday I was told a lot of the things I am feeling can all be traced back to the low vitamin D. But I thought that didnít cause any symptoms. I just thought my anxiety and depression and exhaustion were just crappy for no reason. But now Iím wondering if taking the vitamin will actually make a difference in how I feel.

I also have bad cholesterol and I was told to avoid basically every food that isnít rabbit food. Which I donít think I can do.

I think it could. I even take Vitamin D along with a multivitamin since I have osteoporosis.

Best way to increase your vitamin d levels and to sort of take a direct "hit" of vitamin d is to spend time outside even if you just sit in the shade.

I was vitamin d deficient. Totally exhausted and my hair was dropping out. Three months after loading up on vitamin D every day in supplements and sunshine, Iím less tired and my hair is much better. I wouldnít miss them

Muscles aches, fatigue, headaches, and frequent infections are other symptoms of low vitamin D.

I used to get a lot of muscle aches and headaches before I started taking 2000 IU a day. It took about 6 weeks for those symptoms to disappear.
