Today it looked like my blanket was moving. Then something else I forget what kept looking like it was moving closer. I’ve had my fan on all day. So maybe the blanket was legit being blown by the air. I was freaking out that I was having a psychotic episode even though I don’t get those. But now I’m really nauseated and I have a headache.

Could the moving stuff be related to the headache. It almost feels like I have a migraine. I got my flu shot yesterday morning. So I’m not sure if this is a side effect. I’ve had issues before with the flu shot.

The moving stuff is scary though.

I only had 2 cans of soda and no Mountain Dew and I usually drink 4 cans of soda a day or 2 sodas and a large coffee. So it could be caffeine withdrawals. I don’t know though.

Yeah, I suspect one or more of your possible explanations is the case. I think the main thing is trying to keep your anxiety in check. I know mine in the past has led me to imagine all sorts of things. Do you take medicine for your anxiety?
