I ordered a North Face hoodie from the North Face site on the 9th and it shipped the same day. It was supposed to be here on the 14th but it never came. Since then its been bouncing between states and the tracking info keeps saying its being sent back to the sender but then the next day it says it will be delivered. I contacted the company and they said they'd refund me. That was on Thursday and since then I haven't gotten a refund or a package and the tracking info still says it will be here one day and then the next day it says its being sent back to the sender. Now I can't seem to get any help from anyone at North Face. Their chat isn't working or they are ignoring me or something. I just ordered 2 hoodies from them in the last few weeks with no problems so I have no idea what the issue is with this one.
What can I do? I already went to the confirmation email to start a return to see if that would do anything. I don't care if I get the hoodie or a refund I just don't want to be out almost $60. __________________ Ridin' with Biden |

A couple hours ago I got a refund confirmation email. They say they have the package. Still no refund but I know they take a couple of days to come in. But now the hoodie is supposedly out for delivery.... yet still in another state. So idk. I guess since I got the refund email I'll be getting a refund. If the hoodie shows up I can try contacting them to see what they want me to do but they have been ignoring me or their chat has been messed up or something so I haven't been able to get ahold of anyone.

If they started a refund around the same time a return was processed, they might be trying to figure out if anything off-kilter is happening. I would speak with them over the phone. That way, they have to respond to you in real time. Explain what you explained to us: bought a hoodie, lost in the mail, refund, return, etc. Make sure everything is kosher on their end and ask for a time frame on your money back. Refunds are usually 7-10 business days. You can ask if they can speed up the process. They might, they might not. Worth a shot. Good luck!
