Someone who could see my thoughts, see what is going on up there. I can’t make any sense of it if I could I wouldn’t have these problems.

I don't think anyone can actually see someone else's thoughts, but the closest you can get is a therapist. I've found them to be very helpful.

I understand the feeling. I'm new to my diagnosis of Schizoaffective, and I feel like people can hear me but nobody is able to truly listen, understand, or relate. I know I'm not alone but I feel so distant from anybody else. And nobody ever just lets me rant about my head space they always interrupt me with advice as if they know better.
