Does anyone know any good ones that I can see if I can get on my "smart"phone?

I did have one but it kept pestering me to get the paid subscription thing of it so I got pissed off at it and took it off

I'm trying to find something I can use to monitor my mental health on my phone

Mind doc kept pestering me, it's the only one I found

Another one I found disagnosises people I think, that one claims I have skitzophrenia which I never got disagnosed with by a real life professional, it agrees about borderline personality disorders though or emotional unstable personally disorder or whatever

I haven't tried the other tests it has

Hi Willowtigger,

I use an app called Finch, which allows you to keep a virtual pet bird, and monitor your mental health through checking in every so often throughout the day.

It's available for Apple and Android phones. You can also use it to set daily goals, which earn your bird energy to go on adventures when completed.

A few hours later, your bird will come back and tell you about what they've learned.

Willow don’t take online tests. They aren’t valid. Only let your psych to diagnose you not random apps or random uneducated people who like to diagnose online. It does you no good

Do you have a therapist? They might suggest something?
