Has anyone done EMDR therapy?
I'm about to start mine with my therapist just wondering what was people experiences with it?

Yes, I found it very helpful. I used to experience derealization and had one session of EMDR with my old therapist and have not experienced it since. Hopefully it will help you as well. Good luck.

like soul quake , i too have had EMDR therapy , had it for 5 sessions and i felt tired and sick after each session, i unlocked so may doors i wished i had kept closed.

sorry i found EMDR a waste of my time. i cant believe i went for 5 sessions
