My pdoc told me there were these tools that I can use to help me cope. He mentioned Asperger’s is under the autism spectrum.

All I’m seeing online are tools for kids like color patterns.

Does anyone know what tools my pdoc is talking about? Preferably tools for adults.

Hi, it sounds like your pdoc wasn’t very clear when talking about tools. Are you able to ask him for specific examples? It’s his job really to help you understand treatment plans.

There are a lot of resources for people with ASD but your pdoc needs to point you to the right direction and explain what resources he is thinking here. Not fair to just give you this general idea of tools. What tools?

It also depends what areas you are struggling in. Communication, social skills, relationships etc Every person with ASD is entirely different and has different needs

I’d contact him and ask for more direction. Or maybe you are seeing a therapist?

Resource Guide | Autism Speaks

This site has links to local resources.

Are you in the US? Depending where you are at, there are different resources available
