I'm having some marriage difficulties at the moment that have accumulated over several years. I believe both myself and my husband have attachment issues due to childhood trauma. Does anyone know of any guidelines to help us navigate through. Thank you

Sorry for your trauma and struggles. It's good you are acknowledging the issues, as it's by doing that you begin to be able to deal with them.
Without having more details, though, it's difficult to give feedback. Have you two ever considered couples therapy or marriage counselling? |

Marriage counselling & individual therapy.....if the foundational issues aren't handled & processed they will continue to be a problem & not just something that can be navigated through

You should try posting in the Relationship and Communication forum with a bit more detail 😊
