Hi Friends,

I found a new litltle hobbie and I thought I'd share it with all of you today.
I was riding around with my husband downtown just watching the people in the shops and pubs and we were talking and then came across the little shop with no one in it cause it was closing. Years ago I used to paint ceramics so I jump at the chance to do it again! I actually went in because it was empty and she said no problem as long as I was fast. So I quickly pick out a butterfly and some coaters and the paint and was on my way home. I very excited about my new project and I sure it will help with anxiety and flashblacks. I am so glad we spotted the little shop and wanted everyone to think of hobby for themselves to help with a new distraction. I can only do it for alittle at a time because of my back but thats OK it will take me all that much more time.
