I had posted this in Anxiety, Panic, and Phobias and just didn't get any response (I think one) and I am still really struggling with it so I was going to try to post it here and see what happens!

I am wondering if anyone else has sensory issues. There are days anything I touch just really gets to me. I am always putting cream on my hands to help a little with it. it's like my hands or feet feel like they are dry but they aren't.

I notice it a lot with sands, rice, and papers or different textrures. Being a preschool teacher I do a lot with these so it is hard to deal some days.

Does anyone else have this issue? if so any suggestions on dealing with it?

If you need more info about it let me know.

I am just lost.

Thanks,

Doll

Well.. I think I can relate.
I feel urges to wet my hands and my face pretty often (maybe 10-15 times per day) for the exact same reason - supposed dryness .. didn't think of it as a problem.. and I still don't. Although the feeling can get pretty annoying sometimes, it usually goes away by itself.
.. or maybe I just like the freshness >.>
